How many sessions do I need?

• Results seem to follow your body’s own wisdom.
• First-session results often include inner calmness and groundedness.
• Initial physical results vary and may be noticeable at only 2 hours but may take 8 hours or more.
• Sometimes the body starts improving an unexpected area first. For example, you may  have increased urine output.
• Response timing is not predictable. Complex conditions have benefited progressively from persistent, ongoing treatment (even 50 or 100 hours or more).
